I can't really comment on the quality of the funeral arrangement that I sent to my friend's mom's service. According to my friend, my arrangement never arrived. They have no record, or card, to prove that it arrived. And all other floral arrangements they received were accounted for with attached cards from the senders. At this point, it appears it was never received. Really disappointed, especially considering the amount I was charged.

I previously left a one-star review because the intended recipients said that they didn't receive them. Fortunately, Lisa sent me a photo of the arrangement, which I sent to the recipient, and they were able to verify the delivery. Thank you Lisa! The floral arrangement was gorgeous. Beautiful, bright colors that really stood out at the memorial service. I so appreciate the quick turnaround of taking my order and getting the flowers delivered the following day. Heaven Scent Floral really went above and beyond to get this done. Thank you, thank you!

Even though I was initially disappointed with the delivered arrangement, I received immediate apologies and credit for my order. They have the BEST customer service I've experienced in years.
